摘要
应用有限元法,对CA141型汽车车头做了静态分析,并在微机上对该车车头进行建模及后处理.给出了CA141型汽车车头部分零件的变形图,并标明了关键区位置及最大、最小应力值;还以表格形式给出了CA141型汽车车头典型零件关键区位置的5种方案的计算应力值.根据分析计算结果,对CA141型汽车车头提出了改进设计建议.
The static analysis of the front part for CA141 truck cab has been accomplished by means of finite element analysis, the modeling of this front part and its after-processing have been performed with microcomputer. The distortion charts of the front part for CA141 truck are given, the critical areas and maximum and minimum stresses are shown. A table which explained calculation stress data and critical area of typical parts for five versions is provided. Based on the results of analytic calculation, the suggestions for improving the design of front part of CA141 truck cab are proposed.
