摘要
TiB2 具有高耐磨、高耐腐蚀、耐高温、抗氧化等优异性能 ,但由于高脆性和材料制备的困难性 ,使其用作结构材料还很难。通过各种工艺制备含有TiB2 陶瓷相的涂层既可充分发挥材料的优异特性 ,满足工件所需的耐磨耐高温耐腐蚀等性能 ,又节省了材料节约了成本。本研究介绍了先进陶瓷材料TiB2 的主要结构性能以及目前制备TiB2 涂层的主要方法 ,着重介绍了有关国内外热喷涂法制备含TiB2 陶瓷相涂层的研究进展和成果 ,并对不同热喷涂工艺的特点与发展趋势做了分析和讨论 ,最后阐述了TiB2
TiB_2 is the most stable compound of the transition element Ti and the element B, and is one of the ad- vanced ceramic materials, which possesses a series of excellent properties as high abrasion resistance, high erosion resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and so on, but it is rather difficult to utilize as the construction material directly for its high brittleness and difficult fabrication. The coatings con- taining the TiB_2 fabricated by various technologies can both haave the excellent performance of TiB_2 material to satisfy the require- ments of working pieces such as wear resistance, erosion resist- ance, high temperature resistance and so on, and at the same time it can save the material and the cost. Especially the thermal spraying technology has become the keystone to fabricate the TiB_2 coatings because of its simpleness and agility. The configuration and performance of the advanced ceramic material TiB_2 were in- troduced firstly, and the main methods of fabricating the TiB_2 coatings were presented. The stress was the research advancement and achievement of thermal spraying TiB_2 ceramic coatings at home and abroad. Afterward, the characteristics and developing current of different thermal spraying technologies were analyzed and discussed. Finally the successful application and wide devel- opment potential of TiB_2 coatings were recommended.
