摘要
差动变压器式传感器是一种广泛应用于工业生产现场的传感器,由于决定这类传感器输出特性的结构参数较多,如线圈匝数、磁芯直径、骨架材料和几何形状等,因此在系统参数优化配置时较为困难,实际中都选择优质材料和高精度的加工工艺来保证优良的输出特性.研究了(Fe50Co50)72B20Si4Nb4铁基块状金属玻璃(BulkMetallicGlass,简称BMG)作为差动变压器式位移传感器的磁芯材料的传感特性;实验结果表明:在相同条件下,采用金属玻璃作磁芯的传感器灵敏度比用波莫合金灵敏度更高,稳定性更好,信噪比更大,在较高的激励电源频率ω下铁损更小;而且金属玻璃制成的磁芯尺寸小、电阻率高、涡流损耗小,因此能把电流的重复频率取得比较高,有效地扩展了传感器的频率响应范围.
Differential transformer′s sensor is applied in the industry production widely.For many stucture parameters which determine this sensor′s export characteristic,such as loop circle,the diameter of magnetic core,framework material and geometry figure.It is difficult to optimize system parameters.As a matter of fact,excellent export characteristic is ensured through choosing high quality matericals and the high precision processing technique.The work characteristic of the sensor of which the magnetic core is(Fe_(50)Co_(50))_(72)B_(20)Si_4Nb_4 bulk metallic glass is studied in this paper.The experiment result shows that the sensitivity of sensor consisting of Fe_based metallic glass is higher than that of the sensor consisting of Permalloy;and its stability is superior to the latter,the Signal_to_Noise is larger,the iron loss is less when the exciting power frequency ω is high;and that the size of magnetic core executed by metallic glass is small,the resistivity is high,eddy current loss is little,so the repeating rate of current is high,which enlarges the frequency response range of the sensor effectively.
