摘要
以季戊四醇、三氯化磷和十六醇为原料合成了抗氧剂二亚磷酸二(十六醇)季戊四醇酯。考察了物料配比、反应溶剂的种类及用量、反应时间等反应条件对产率的影响,并通过正交实验法确定了最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:反应溶剂为苯,用量为60 mL;物料配比(n(季戊四醇):n(三氯化磷):n(十六醇))为1:2.10:2.0;第一步和第二步回流条件反应分别为5 h和3 h。在最佳工艺条件下所制得的产品为白色腊状固体。熔点为42-44(?),产率在94%以上。此外,通过元素分析、红外谱图对其进行了分析。
Dicetyl alcohol pentaerythritol diphosphite was synthesized using pentaerythritol, phosphorus trichloride and cetyl alcohol as the raw material. The effects of reaction solvent, reaction time and molar ratio of the raw material on the reaction were studied. The experimental result showed that the optimum condition were as follows: n ( pentaerythritol): n ( phosphorus trichloride) :n(cetyl alcohol) was 1 : 2. 10 : 2. 0, the first and the second reaction time was 5 h and 3 h respectively. The product produced under these conditions was a white waxy solid with a melting point of 42 - 44 ℃ and a yield of over 94%. Elemental analysis and IR characterized the structure of the product.
