摘要
测定了D2 96R强碱性阴离子交换树脂对氰化物的吸附速率常数 ,绘制了吸附等温线 ,并推导出吸附过程的热力学函数。系统考察了酸度、温度、溶液中氰化物含量、时间及树脂用量对氰化物吸附的影响。确定D2 96R湿树脂的静态饱和吸附量为 2 7.5 8mg/mL ,吸附本质为物理吸附。实验结果表明 ,该树脂具有吸附速度快、受温度影响小、吸附容量大等优点 。
The adsorption rate of cyanide on D296R alkaline anion exchange resin was measured, the adsorption isotherm drawn and the thermodynamic function of the adsorption process deduced. The effect of acidity, temperature, cynide concentration, adsorption time and resin dosage on cyanide adsorption was systematically investigated. It was determined that the static saturated adsorption capacity of wet D296R resin was 27.58 mg/mL and the adsorption was of physical nature. The test results show that the resin has advantages of rapid adsorption, little temperature influence and high adsorption capacity and is good for recovering cyanide.
