摘要
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇 1,4环己二甲醇酯 (PETG)是由对苯二甲酸二甲酯 (DMT)、乙二醇 (EG)和 1,4环己二甲醇 (CHDM)共聚而成的共聚酯。其制备方法为 ,单体在 170~ 2 10℃下 ,进行酯交换反应 ,然后在 2 6 0~ 30 0℃、复合催化剂的作用下高真空中缩聚而成。通过差示扫描热分析仪 (DSC)和广角X衍射 (WAXD)分析了它的结晶性与热性能 ,从核磁共振氢谱 (1HNMR)的测试结果中得到EG/CHDM的投料比与共聚物中的实际比有很大差异。
Poly(ethylene terephthalateco1,4cylclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate)(PETG) is a copolyester synthesized from dimethyl terephthalate(DMT), ethylene glycol(EG) and 1, 4cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM). The preparation condition was transesterification at a temperature of 170~ 210 ℃, followed by polymerization under vacuum in the presence of composite catalyst. The thermal and crystalline properties of the copolyesters were investigated using the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and wide angle X-ray Diffraction(WAXD). From the results of 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance ( 1 HNMR), it was found that the feed ratio of EG/CHDM was quite different from the actural ratio of ET/CT in the copolyesters.
