呼吸道合胞病毒F蛋白研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 人类呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)融合蛋白(F蛋白)为病毒表面结构蛋白,可以刺激机体产生保护性抗体。因此对F蛋白的深入研究将有助于了解病毒感染的机理,从而为诊断试剂和亚单位疫苗的研制提供帮助。本文就F蛋白结构及结构与功能关系的研究进展进行简要综述。
