摘要
采用板状带V型缺口试样,在自制的热疲劳试验机上进行试验,研究了不同热处理状态下未经锻造的WC/ 钢复合材料热疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,优化热处理条件,可提高材料中钢基体的热疲劳抗力,从而抑制或终止热疲 劳裂纹在钢基体相中的扩展。在本试验条件下,经1 050淬火和500℃回火的试样具有最佳的热疲劳性能。
Effect of heat treatment conditions on the thermal fatigue properties of WC/steel composites (not forged) has been investigated by the use of V notched specimens on the self - made thermal fatigue test machine. The results show that thermal fatigue crack propagation in steel based phase of this composite may be resisted or stopped by optimizing heat treatment conditions as to increase thermal fatigue resistance. The specimens quenched at 1 050℃ and tempered at 500℃ have the best thermal fatigue properties in this test.
