摘要
我国煤炭经济增长方式仍是以粗放型为主的增长方式 ,这制约着煤炭经济的持续、健康发展。按照科学发展观的要求 ,煤炭行业应推进科技进步 ,调整产业结构 ,实施集约化、多元化发展战略和“走出去 ,引进来”战略 ,重视环境保护 ,合理利用资源 。
Extensive growth mode is still dominating China's coal economy,restricting the sustainable and healthy development.The scientific development views demand the following changes in domestic coal business:promoting scientific and technological progress;carrying out restructuring of coal industry;implementing the open-up policy and the intensive and diversified development strategy;paying more attention to environmental protection;rationally utilizing the natural resources and perfecting the accounting and auditing system.
