摘要
以β-环糊精为壁材,用包络法对猕猴桃籽油进行微胶囊化。用正交试验法考察了微胶囊化的工艺条件,探讨了微胶囊化产物的氧化稳定性。试验结果表明,在β-环糊精用量为3.0 g,猕猴桃籽油0.5 mL,包络反应120 min时,产物收率为70.79%,微胶囊化产物对氧化剂的稳定性增加。
With β - cyclodextrin as wall material, Chinese gooseberry seed oil was microencapsulated by embedding method. The microencapsulation conditions were investigated by orthogonal test, and the oxidative stability of the microencapsulated Chinese gooseberry seed oil was also discussed.The results show that the microencapsulation yield is 70.79% with the optimum conditions of the dosage of β - cyclodextrin and Chinese goosebeery seed Oil 3 g and 0.5 mL, respectively , and reaction times 120 min. The oxidative stability of the microencapsulated product are higher than that of Chinese gooseberry seed oil.
