摘要
从临床营养支持的目的、基本原则、途径、分类入手 ,探讨药师在临床营养支持中提供药学服务的途径 ,对药学服务在临床营养支持中的可实施性进行分析 ,使临床营养支持安全、合理、有效、经济。结果表明 :临床营养支持是药师深入临床开展药学服务的新契机 ,它将推动临床药学的发展 ,体现药师的潜在价值。
The article discussed the way of Pharmacists' providin g pharmaceutical care in clinical nutrition support from aims, general principle, administration and classification of clinical nutrition support. The authors ana lyzed the feasibility of such kind of technical service in making clinical nutri tion safe, reasonable, effective and economical. The authors suggested the new o pportunities in clinical nutrition support for pharmacists to do pharmaceutical care and play important roles in clinical pharmacy.
