摘要
研究枝晶二次臂间距对于提高铸件力学性能有重要意义。本文中概述了3种二次枝晶臂间距理论模型,介绍了对Cu Zn合金二次臂间距的实验结果。针对Cu Zn合金,对理论模型的计算结果与实验结果进行了比较。结果表明,在冷却速度为0 06~130K/S、局部凝固时间为0 35~750S时,3种模型的计算结果与实验结果的相对误差平均值分别是11 3%、10 5%和11 5%。
Research on secondary arm spacing has important significance for improving the mechanical properties of castings. Three theory models about secondary arm spacing were summarized in the paper. The experimental results were presented on the secondary arm spacing in Cu-Zn alloy. Aiming at Cu-Zn alloy, the secondary arm spacing calculated by three theory models and measured by experiments were compared. The research shows that when cooling rate is 0.06-130K/S and corresponding local solidification time is 0.35-750S, the average values of relative errors calculated by three theory models and measured by experiments are 11.3%, 10.5% and 11.5% respectively.
