摘要
目的 用彩色多普勒超声评价下肢大隐静脉曲张患者的深静脉结构及血流动力学状况。方法 应用彩超观察 83例 10 2条下肢静脉曲张患者的深静脉管壁及瓣膜回声、管腔形态、管腔内彩色血流及频谱多普勒显像情况 ,并与静脉 X-线造影对比分析。结果 83例 10 2条大隐静脉曲张中 ,单纯性大隐静脉曲张而深静脉正常 6 1条、占 6 0 % ,伴原发性深静脉瓣功能不全 2 5条、占 2 5 % ,深静脉血栓后遗症 11条、占 10 % ,动静脉瘘 5条、占5 %。与 X-线静脉造影比较准确性分别为 98.3%、 92 .0 %、 10 0 %及 10 0 %。结论 彩超对评价下肢大隐静脉曲张患者的深静脉结构及血流状态有十分重要的价值。
Objective To evaluate the structure and flow dynamics of lower extremity deep veins in saphenous varices by using color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI).Methods In order to determine the venous structure,valvular echoes and flow regurgitation,102 lower extremity deep veins in saphenous varices were observed on CDFI,and the results were comparied with venography.Results In the 102 deep veins,there were normal in 61,primary vavular insufficiency in 25,postthrombotic syndrome in 11,and arteriovenous fistula in 5.As comparied with venography,The accuracy rate was 98.3%,92.0%,100% and 100% respectively.Conclusions CDFI can provide important evidence for structure and flow dynamics of lower extremity deep veins in saphenous varices for the indication of operation.
