摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的支承形式 ,它将电磁轴承安装在主支承上 ,利用电磁力使转子轴重新定位 ,从而实现不对中的在线消除。文中对其应用于消除不对中的机理进行了研究 ,并建立了一四自由度电磁辅助支承系统进行测试。实验结果表明 ,该支承可以实现不对中故障的在线消除或降低。
Auxiliary Electromagnetic Bearing was introduce d which can adjust the position of the rotor on-line with the current control of t he Active Magnetic Actuator.And the principle of correcting misalignment on-line by using auxiliary electromagnetic bearing was presented.The new structure was applied to a rotor bearing test rig with single disk.The experiment results conf irm that the auxiliary electromagnetic bearing can correct the misalignment of r otor greatly.
