摘要
知识型组织是一个自组织系统 ,自组织理论为知识管理提供了重要的方法论。以自组织理论为视角 ,从系统形成并走向自组织的条件入手 。
The organization of knowledge is a system of self-organization. The theory of self-organization has provided important methodology for the knowledge management. From the visual angle of self-organization theory and starting from the condition of system toward self-organization the authors discussed how to conscientiously accelerate the enterprise of knowledge into the higher order state.
