主要阐述了电子商务环境下中小企业面临的机遇和挑战,分析了当前影响中小企业电子商务发展的主要障碍和困难,提出了信息时代中小企业电子商务发展的对策.
The paper mainly discusses the opportunity and challenge which small and medium sized enterprises face under Electronic Commerce environment, analyses the main obstacle and difficulty that influences Electronic Commerce development of small and medium sized enterprises at present, and puts forward the solution of Electronic Commerce development of small and medium sized enterprises in information age.
