摘要
文章论述了ERP作为企业信息化建设的核心组成部分,通过它可以达到业务重组、组织重组和管理重组,尽快改变我国企业管理粗放、落后的局面,进而建立一套符合市场经济体制要求的现代企业管理模式,从而提高企业竞争能力。
ERP, as the key component of enterprise's informationization construction, through ERP it can reach business reorganization, organization's recombinating and management reorganization, change the situation that the business administration of our country is extensive, backward as soon as possible, and then set up a set of modern enterprise's management modes which accord with the market economic system demand, thus improve enterprise's competitive power.
