摘要
由于人治传统的熏习和计划经济体制惯性的影响,我国高校管理的法治化水平较低。实行依法治校,是贯彻党中央依法治国基本方略的需要,是高校主动适应社会主义市场经济建设的需要,是中国高校参与全球高等教育竞争的需要。实行依法治校是不可避免的趋势。
Under the influence of traditional human-ruled and planned economy system, Chinese college administration is merely kept at an initial stage. Therefore, to legalize the college administration is an inclination, which can meet the requirement of the policy of legal administration of the CCPC and suit the socialist market economy and educational globalization.
