摘要
根据珠钢电炉CSP流程生产热轧产品的组织和性能特点,通过合理的成分设计和生产工艺的制定,开发出不含微合金元素的ZJ310L、ZJ440L、ZJ510L和ZJ550L系列汽车大梁板,产品的力学性能和加工性能等均满足相关标准和用户要求。另外,对带状组织的成因进行了研究,提出了控制带状组织的有效措施。
According to the features of microstructure and properties of the hot rolled products by EAF-CSP line in Zhujiang Steel,ZJ310L?ZJ440L?ZJ510L and ZJ550L which don′t contain micro-alloy for automobile frames have been developed by reasonable composition and process design.The dynamic and machining properties of these products can meet the need of relevant standards and consumers.Meanwhile,the causes of forming banding structure have been studied,and the effective measures for controlling the defect have been put forward.
