摘要
培养工程硕士是国家面向生产第一线培养高层次人才采取的重大举措 ,也是高等工科学校研究生培养工作中的一项重要任务。培养高素质工程型创新人才 ,不仅要注重对科学研究能力、工程实践能力、组织协调能力、技术创新能力等进行全面的训练 ,同时还要为他们提供分析问题、解决问题的试验平台 ,给他们自由思考、自主探索的空间 ,培养工程硕士的团队精神和领导才能。
To train graduates in engineering is the great measure to provide the high level persons for profession to front line of production as well as the important task of graduate education in universities of technology. In the process of training high level engineering graduates, we should not only pay attention to their study, practical, organizing and creative ability but also provide the experimental conditions for them to analyze and solve the problems, give them the space to reflect and explore freely, train their collective spirit and managing ability.
