摘要
三叉神经痛是指三叉神经的一支或几支分布区的反复性、阵发性剧痛 ,被认为是目前人类最痛苦的疾病之一 ,临床一般分为原发性和继发性三叉神经痛。关于它的病因和发病机制尚不十分明确 ,一般分为中枢病变学说和周围病变学说 ,但都未完美解释临床发现。根据近年来的文献报道 ,又发现免疫和生化因素也与三叉神经痛密切相关。
Trigeminal neuralgia is a severe chronic pain syndrome characterized by brief stabbing or electric shocklike pain paroxysms felt in one or more divisions of the trigeminal distribution which is considered as one of the most poignant disease of human. It is classified with original and secondary trigeminal neuralgia. Now, it's not clear about the pathogenesis of trigeminal neuralgia which is mainly explained with neuropathy theory of central or peripheral nervous system and can not perfectly explain the clinical phenomenon. Recently it's found that the immunity and biochemistry is related to the trigeminal neuralgia. The study summarized the progress of researches about the pathogenesis of trigeminal neuralgia.
