摘要
目的 了解足背静脉与皮神经的解剖位置关系 ,探讨足背静脉穿刺的疼痛度与皮神经的关系。方法 肉眼解剖 15例 3 0侧成人尸体足标本。常规用乳胶灌注 4侧足部标本进行解剖观测。结果 ①皮神经行程较静脉直 ,成袢现象少 ,且恒定地走行于静脉的深面。②足外踝前内侧有一神经“缺乏区”。③跖背静脉在足背静脉弓前与皮神经呈疏远伴行关系 ,皮神经位于跖背静脉的两侧。④足背静脉弓与外踝静脉网之间有一恒定、较直的静脉———外踝前静脉 ,长约 8.2 6cm ,外径 0 .1cm。结论 ①在外踝前区、十字韧带前方 ,足背静脉弓后方、趾长伸肌腱的小趾肌腱外侧 ,第 4跖骨内侧的区域有一“乏神经区” ;②注意足背的解剖学关系 。
Objective To investigate the relationship of degrees of pain due to puncture of the dorsal veins of foot and the cutaneous nerves. Methods A total of 30 sides of adult feet were dissected macroscopically. Anatomic observation of 4 sides of foot sample filled with emulsion was conducted. Results ①Cutaneous nerve were straighter than vena of foot in journey and lies in steadily the vein's deepth;②There was adistrict of scarce never in the inboard of external malleolus foot; ③The toe gave a piggyback the vein presents the competent relation of companion drifted apart with the leather nerve before the instep vein bends, The cover nerve lies in instep on both sides that carries the vein; ④There was a vein between the instep vein and the external malleolas vein network to bend, It is about 8.21 cm long,external diameter 0.1 cm. Conclusion ①The district of the external malleolus, the front of cross ligament, the instep vein bends the rear, in the area of the 4th metatarsal bone in board, The toe is stretched outside the small toe tendon of the tendon long,There is a area 'nerve of scarce'; ②The knowledge of relationship between cutaneous nerves and veins in the dorsal of foot could help us to reduce the pain of patients during venepuncture.
