摘要
采用玻璃纤维、纳米粘土制备复合材料桩钉 ,测试其力学性能 ,并通过细胞毒性试验、溶血性试验研究桩钉的生物性能 ,为临床应用提供技术保证。
It is well known that the post can be made of metal and alloy. In clinic doctors find that there are many disadvantages. To our best knowledge, composites can give the post many properties. There is no paper in the open literature which studied the biology properties of the composite post. We prepare the post with glass fiber, nanoparticles and epoxy resin. In section 2 we explain in detail our experimental work and discuss the result. We study the mechanical properties. In Table 2 we compare the absorbency between experimental suit and comparison ones. In Table 3 we summarize relatively proliferation rate and toxicity level grade. In Table 4 we summarize the FRC hemolysis degree of lixivium. In Figure 2 we observe the cell shape. The experimental data and analysis show that the nonocomposite post can be used in clinic.
