摘要
壳聚糖与柠檬酸在一定条件下可生成壳聚糖 -柠檬酸复合物 ,实验结果表明电位滴定法可准确测定壳聚糖 -柠檬酸复合物中柠檬酸含量。反应过程中柠檬酸使用量越大 ,复合物中柠檬酸含量越高 ,壳聚糖 -柠檬酸复合物的粘度大于壳聚糖 ,并随柠檬酸含量增加而增大。
Under certain conditions,chitosan reacts with citrate acid to form chitosan citrate complex.Experiment results showed the content of citric acid in the complex can be correctly determined by potentiometer titration.The more citric acid is used during the process,the more the content of citric acid in the complex is.The viscosities of complexs are more than that of chitosan itself,and as the content of citric acid increases,the viscose of complex increases.
