摘要
随着管理自动化、办公自动化进程的加快,电子文件越来越多的活跃在工作、生活中,成为人们进行交流的重要手段。本文通过对电子档案与纸质档案的对比分析,明确了电子文件与纸质文件的关系,指出了两者长期并存、相辅相成、相得益彰、互动发展的管理格局,初步探讨了电子档案的发展趋势。
E-files and E-documents have been becoming the key means of daily communication among ordinary people because of the rapid progress in automation of management and office work. This paper indicated the relationship between e-archives and paper archives, and the pattern of long-term coexistence, inter-complement, inter-beneficial and interactive development of both sides basing on the comparison and analysis of e-archives to paper ones,also preliminarily discussed the trend of the e-archive development.
