摘要
通过分析太原市水资源严重紧缺的现状 ,就抄表到户的基础工作进行了介绍 ,阐述了实施抄表到户的几点可行性策略 。
Based upon analysis of the water resources shortage situations in Taiyuan the basic work of metering for each household of the residential quarters is introduced; at the same time nine feasibility strategies are elaborated in order to provide references for further management of water supply enterprises.
