摘要
提出了一个用USB接口来实现PC机与IC卡读卡器接口的方法,设计了相应的硬件电路、固件程序及Windows设备驱动程序,对比分析了基于USB接口的IC卡读卡器与传统的基于RS232接口IC卡读卡器的不同点,表明USB总线接口传输速度比传统RS232接口快7～8倍.
Firstly some concepts about USB bus are presented in this paper. Then a method on how to realize the communication between PC and IC Reader with USB interface is given. This includes three parts: hardware, firmware and Windows driver. Finally, it compares the IC Reader based on USB and RS232, and gets the conclusion that USB is faster 7～8 times than RS232 does.
