摘要
目的:为了解我市高危人群性病的流行情况,对我市10家酒店的228名桑拿按摩女性从业人员进行性病调查。结果:发现性病72例,检出率31.57％,其中,细菌性阴道病14.91％(34/228),淋病7.9％(18/228),非淋球菌性宫颈炎7.46％(17/228),尖锐湿疣0.88％(2/228),软下疳0.44％(1/228)。结论:桑拿按摩女性从业人员是性病的高危人群,应主动对该人群进行监测,并加强行为干预和防治。
Objective:To explore the STDs epidemic trend in high risk population in Zhaoqing city, 228 massage girls have been adopted in the investigation. Results: The personal behaviors have been explored, extramarital sex were 100% in all participants, always condom users were 88. 16% (207 228). The lowert condom users were in the group of 17 - 19 years (72.97%) . 72 cases have been di-agnosised as the cases with STDs, the infected rate was 31.57% . The disease composition showed that bacterial vaginosis was 14.91% (34/228), gonorrhoea, NGU, condyloma acuminatum and chancroid were 7.9%(18/228), 7.46%(17/228), 0.88%(2/228) and 0.44%(1/228) respectively. Conclusion :The study indicated that massage girls were the high risk population in STDs transmission, surveillance of these population is the important way to prevention and control STDs transmission in Zhaoqing city.
