摘要
在分析研究建筑物破坏的基础上 ,针对与建筑物倒塌有关的破坏因素 ,提出对新建建筑物在勘察、设计、施工和使用各个阶段进行综合控制 ,从各个方面保证新建建筑物抗震能力的充分发挥 ;同时积极主张对老旧建筑物进行鉴定、抗震加固 ,从而最大限度提高建筑物综合抗震能力 ,减轻建筑物的地震倒塌破坏。
In this article,based on analysing and studying the damages to the buildings,the authors,to some factors of buidings'collasping,put forward controling in a comprehensive ways to newly-built building in reconnoitring,designing,construction and using phase,to make the most of anti-seismic ability.At the same time,the author suggest positively appraising,reinforcing the old buildings against earthquake,to bring the buildings'anti-seismic ability into full play and reduce their damages when the building collasping.
