摘要
本文从资源与发展的关系中界定资源的内涵 ,反映出传统的资源观是以自然资源界定其内涵 ,这种界定既不利用于解释资源与发展的关系 ,也无法体现资源的替代作用 ,因而需要建立包括自然与人文资源的“大资源观”。建立大资源观基础上的资源价值量化方法提供了各资源替代关系的比较尺度 。
