Modern western medicine hold the complement, especially for
C_3 play a importent role in the cause and development of glomerular disease,
The authors exommed the deposition of C_3,C_1q in the glomeruli for 81
cases of glomerular disease,The authors also analysed the correlationship
between the deposition of C_3,C_1q in the glomeruli and TCM differatiation
classification and each of classifications Companied with invasion of damp-
heat.Total of patients were 81 cases,of them, ying deficiency type was
50 cases, both Qi end ying deficiency type was 21 cases, yang deficiency
type was 10 cases,Among of three hypes,50 cases companied with invasion
of damp-heat.The result showed that the positive deposition of C_3 in
glomeruli was 63 cases(77.78%),the positive deposition of C_1q in
glomeruli was 21 cases(25.93%).The high positive rate was
minly in the crnescent nephritis and MPGN、This result further
demonstrated that the complement was closely related with the inflamation of glomeruli. The correlationship study indicuted that the deposition of
C_3,C_1q in glomeruli was closely related with invasion of damp-heat of
TCM differentiation type,The difference(P<0.05 for C_3,P<0.05 for C_1q)
between invasion of damp-heat group and no invasion of damp-heat group
was significant. The result meant that the deposition of C_3,C_1q in the
glomerali mightbe the object ive proof for invasion of damp-heat.This
study also showed that the deposition of C_3 in glomeruli was closely
related with ying deficiency type, both Qi and ying deficiency type, but
not related with yang deficiency type(P<0.01),This study offered the
objective proof that ying dificiency type easily companied with invasion
of damp-heat.
