摘要
通过对系统性红斑狼疮基本病机的研讨 ,探析运用甘温理论治疗系统性红斑狼疮的诊治思路。指出系统性红斑狼疮的基本病机为本虚标实 ,主要证候多表现为虚中夹实 ,故应运用甘温理论 ,以益气健脾、补肾摄精为基本治法。
According to the literatures of the basical pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus,the diagnosis and treatment of using the sweet warming therapy to treat the disease was discussed.It is thought that the basical pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus was deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,and its main demonstration was deficiency complicated with excess.So using the sweet warming therapy to nourish qi,tonify the spleen,strengthen the kidney and control the essence were the original principal of systemic lupus erythematosus.
