摘要
目的 观察各种疾病中度贫血患者平均红细胞体积 (MCV)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW )和网织红细胞 (RET)参数的指标变化。方法 采用Advia 12 0血细胞分析仪检测 2 0 0例各种疾病中度贫血患者MCV、RDW和RET参数 ,将所得数据进行统计学处理。结果 与正常对照组比较 ,急性白血病、大出血和血栓性血小板减少性紫癜贫血组MCV和RDW明显升高 ;在缺铁性贫血组RDW升高 ,但MCV降低 ;RET %除急性白血病和再障贫血组外 ,其余均偏高 ,中荧光强度网织红细胞 (MFR % )和高荧光强度网织红细胞 (HFR % )在各组贫血患者均显著升高。结论 MCV/RDW贫血分类法结合网织红细胞参数指标 ,不仅有助于贫血的病因分析 。
Objective To observe the change of mean corpuscular volume(MCV),red cell distribution width(RDW) and reticulocyte (RET) of moderate anemia.Method Using Advia 120 blood cell analyzer, MCV,RDW and RET were measured in 200 cases of moderate anemia with different causes, including cancer(Ca), acute leukemia (AL), major bleeding (MB), renal diseases (RD), thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), iron deficiency anemia (IDA) and aplastic anemia (AA).Results Compared with normal control,significantly higher MCV and RDW were found in anemia patients with AL, MB and TTP. In patients with IDA, RDW was significantly higher but MCV was significantly lower. RET was showed higher in all groups of anemia patients except for those with AL and AA, whose RET value was significantly lower. The percentage of middle florescent reticulocyte (MFR) and high fluorescent reticulocyte (HFR) was significantly higher in all groups of anemia patients. Conclusion Combination of MCV/RDW with RET analysis is beneficial to explore the cause of anemia and appraise the treatment effect.
