铈锆比对贵金属催化剂Pt/CeO_2-ZrO_2性能的影响 被引量:11

Effect of Ce/Zr Ratio on the Performance of Pt/CeO_2-ZrO_2 Catalyst

摘要 采用共沉淀法制备了不同比例的CeO2-ZrO2混合物,并以此作为载体用浸渍法制备了一系列Pt/CeO2-ZrO2催化剂。通过对催化剂样品的XRD、BET和OSC表征,最后用模拟汽车尾气对催化剂进行活性评价。结果表明当Ce/Zr=1时,催化剂的低温活性和热稳定性最好。 CeO2-ZrO2 mixed oxides with different Ce/Zr ratio were prepared by co-precipitation and by using its as supporter, Pt/CeO2-ZrO2 catalysts with different Ce/Zr ratio were prepared by impregnate method. The catalysts were characterized by the means of XRD, BETand OSC. The activity of catalysts prepared was evaluated in the simulated gas. The result showed that the catalyst exhibit excellent low-temperature activity and durability when Ce/Zr=1.
