摘要
利用中小径间伐竹部分替代木材生产强化木地板用高密度纤维板,实验室小试与生产性试验结果表明:在现有生产工艺基本不变的情况下,竹片加入量占原料总量的30%-50%时,产品的各项物理力学性能指标满足EMB/PS/HDF:1997欧洲强化木地板用高密度纤维板标准干条件下的要求。
An investigation was made on using small and medium diameter bamboo thinnings as raw material to replace wood partly for the production of high density fiberboard for laminate flooring. Lab test and trial production on the line showed that with the basic production process unchanged and the adition of bamboo of 30%-50%,all physical and mechanical properties of the product met the requirements under dry condition of EMB/PS/HDF: 1997《High density fiber-hoard for laminated and veneered flooring》.
