In this article, author has tried to expound the meaning to join standardization idea to the specialty teaching when training science and technology subject's students. To table a proposal: the classroom teaching is still a major way for these students' specialty ability training at present, therefore, never to ignore classroom teaching while training their the spirit and ability to bring forth new ideas, and must combine closely with the classroom teaching. The standardization is a technical base of the national economy and social development, a good awareness of the standardization should be essential diathesis of all enterprise engineer and should be essential knowledge component of training talent to bring forth new idea. According to those above, to come to a conclusion, if we could join standardization to the specialty teaching when training these kinds of student, it is useful to reform older way of training talent, so that students gain rational knowledge component what they need, and improve their all-round diathesis, and can suit the needs of high-level engineering talent in the 21st century.
