摘要
从激光位移测量原理出发,介绍了DSP和CCD技术在热连轧机带钢平坦度在线测量中的应用。测量系统采用了CCD传感器光采样、ADC数据采集、FIFO数据储存和DSP数据处理四级流水线结构。该系统能满足数据高速传输的要求,并具有快速灵活的运算能力。
Based on the theory of laser-distance measurement, this paper introduces the application of the DSP and CCD techniques in online flatness measurement of hot strip. The measuring system is constructed by four levels: i.e. the optical acquisition of CCD sensor, the data acquisition of analog-to-digital converter (ADC), the data storage of first-in-first-out(FIFO) and the data processing of DSP. This system can not only satisfy the requirement of high speed transmission of measured data, but also has the capability of fast and flexible mathematical calculation.
