摘要
目的 探讨红外线、激光照射对慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)大鼠的血液流变的影响。方法 复制大鼠CAG动物模型 ,并设置正常组和模型组对照 ,采用不同强度的He Ne激光、红外线分别照射CAG大鼠胃部。对大鼠的全血和血浆的血液粘度进行了观测比较。结果 CAG模型组与正常对照组大鼠的血液流变有显著性差异 ,而治疗中的激光组和红外线组与模型组血液流变也均有明显差异。结论 患有CAG的大鼠其血液流变将发生改变。经过红外线、激光照射治疗 ,随着病情的好转 ,其血液流变学指标也大有改善 ,趋于正常。
Objective To study the effect of infrared rays and He-Ne laser on the hemorrheology of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) rats. Method CAG rats models were divided into control group,laser group and infrared rays group. Gastric parts of variety groups rats were radiated with infrared rays and He-Ne laser and blood viscosity was compared with the viscosity of blood plasma.Results There is significant difference between the control group and the model group. And during the recovering course there are significant differences between the hemorrheology of control group,the laser group and infrared rays group.Conclusion The hemorrheology of CAG rats would be changed by radiation of infrared rays and He-Ne laser, and other hemorrheology parameters will recover, and eventually go to normal.
