摘要
研究了Mg对M2高速钢凝固组织和共晶碳化物高温球化的影响.试验表明:加入适量的Mg(如0.012%)可以使M2高速钢通常的片状M_2C型共晶碳化物转变成鱼骨状的M_6C和块状的MC型碳化物,Mg还阻碍鱼骨状共晶碳化物的高温球化.
An investigation was made of the eutectic microstructure during solidificationand the prespheroidization of eutectic carbide at elevated temperature of high speed steel M2inoculated with Mg. The traditional lamellar eutectic carbide M_2C in steel M2 may change in-to the fishbone eutectic carbide M_6C and block eutectic carbide MC if proper amount, saying0.012%, of Mg was added. The fishbone eutectic carbide prespheroidization may be retardedby Mg.
