摘要
1 引言调质的42CrMo 钢钻铤,在生产与使用过程中性能不稳定。显微组织分析表明,调质处理后组织中有大量白块组织,为了认识白块组织的形成,实测了石油钻铤钢淬火时的连续冷却曲线,为进一步研究石油钻铤钢的组织和性能,确保石油钻铤的质量,提供一些基础性资料。2 试验材料及试验方法2.1 试验用钢及试验钻铤制备试验用钢的主要化学成分(wt%)如下;C 0.48,Si 0.29,Mn 0.67,Mo 0.20,Cr 1.06。试验钻铤是精锻毛坯料,其上钻有放置热电偶的(?)5.5mm 小孔,试验钻铤的尺寸、小孔的位置(测量点)。
In this paper,the continuous cooling transformation curves of 42Cr
Me,a kind of drill collar steels,were determined under practical conditions
and the reasons why there is white-lump structure in it after quench harden-
ing and tempering were discussed.The results showed that the structures
of 42CrMo after quench hardening are martensite and bainite.Under quench
hardering and tempering treatment,the white-lump structure in the steel is a
mixture of lower bainite and upper bainite.The main reasons for the occur-
rence of the white-lump structure are that the cooling rate is not quick enough
during quenching and there is banded structure in the primary structure of
this steel.
