随着高等教育改革的不断深化,如何调动高校广大教职工的积极性和创造性,是高校管理者不可回避的问题。激励机制与高校管理,重点探讨了激励的过程、目的和作用,激励的形式和方法以及在高校管理中运用激励机制的基本原则。
With the developing of higher education reformation, how to inspirit the enthusiasm and creativity became an unavoidable issue to the university administration.
