摘要
本文运用管理学、心理学和社会学的研究方法对我国 现行的体育管理体制的现状进行了调查研究 ,发现管理人员对我国的体育管理系统 评价得分非常低 ,与他们理想得分相去甚远 ,管理人员人力资源未得到充分的发挥 ,作者最后提出对策与建议。
by use of Administration science,Psychology and sociology,we investigate Chinese admimistration system of physical education.The assessment scores show that evaluation of administration staff to management system of physical education are much lower than the staff's expectations.the potential of human resources of administration tfaff was not given full play.The corresp onding suggestions by the author were put forword in the paper.
