摘要
在对上海市 179所学校体育场所开放情况进行调查、研究的基础下 ,分析出目前学校场地开放现状 ,开放设施与青少年想参加锻炼项目的关系 ,学生在体育项目选择上的方向发展 ,学校场地开放的类型 ,学校场地、设施开放的对象 ,以及影响上海体育场所开放的因素。为了使有条件的学校体育场所开放情况能持久地为学生、市民开放 ,建议有关部门首先要转变观念 ,其次在采取各种设施的基础下 ,健全各种规章制度 ,保证学校体育场地持久开放 ,充分利用 ,发挥体育场所应有的功能。
In order to make the school sports places with relevant conditions probably opened lastingly to serve the students and citizens, we probably that at first the government departments concerned should change the ideas. Secondly after all necessary measure are taken, various kinds of rules and regulations should be perfected to guarantee lasting opening of school sports places and facilities and fully utilize sports places and facilities.
