摘要
铅球教学中 ,运用神经系统兴奋与抑制相互诱导理论 ,合理采用非优势手练习的实验研究 ,结果表明 ,实验班铅球成绩与对照班相比有大幅度的提高 ;同时还对练习者心理因素的调节 ,身体素质的全面发展 ,以及对大脑另一半球的开发 ,使大脑左右两半球均衡发展 ,对提高神经系统的调节功能 ,开发学生智力有着明显的改善。因此 ,非优势手练习不失为一种有价值的教学手段与方法 。
By applying the theory of the mutual induction of excitation and inhibition of the nervous system the non-throwing arm training was studied experimentally in shot put teaching. The results indicated that the shot put performances in the experimental class were greatly improved compared with those in the control class. At the same time, the adjustment of the students' psychological factors, the all round development of the students' physical fitness, the development of the other cerebral hemisphere, the equilibrium development of the right and the left cerebral hemispheres, the improvement of the nervous system adjustment and the development of the students' intelligence were remarkably improved. Therefore, the non-throwing arm training may after all be accepted as a valuable teaching means and method, which should be stressed in teaching.
