摘要
全运会改革要坚持实事求是的原则 ,我们对全运会要有一个公正客观的评价。全运会是我国体育发展的一根调控杠杆 ,其作用不可低估 ,但进入新世纪的全运会在诸多方面表现出不适应时代需求的种种问题也是不可回避的。全运会要与时俱进 ,彻底告别计划经济模式下的全运会赛制 ,努力构建社会主义市场经济下的新型赛制 。
The reform of the Chinese National Games should obey the principle of being practical and realistic. We must estimate the Chinese National Games in a fair and square way. The Chinese National Games is a controlling lever for the development of China sport. We cannot underestimate the value of its function. But we can not avoid so many problems which do not fit the era's demand. The Chinese National Games need to be develop along with the society. The competition system of the Chinese National Games need to be reform from the model of planned economy to the model of the socialism market economy. This might be the only way for the reform of the Chinese National Games.
