摘要
目的 分析眼球轴长、中央角膜厚度及球壁硬度系数与眼压的关系 ,探讨它们对原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)的诊断意义。方法 对 118例 2 10眼早期原发性开角型青光眼患者以及 58例 116眼正常对照组 (根据屈光度的不同各分为正视组 ,低、中度近视组和高度近视组三小组 )进行中央角膜厚度 ,眼轴长度 ,眼压 ,球壁硬度系数测量 ,并用统计学的方法对其结果进行比较。结果 正常组中央角膜厚度 ,眼轴长度与非接触眼压计值呈正相关关系 (r1=0 3 51,r2 =0 883 )。两组人群比较 ,中央角膜厚度、眼轴长度均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;而在同一组内不同屈光度比较 ,中央角膜厚度、球壁硬度系数均随着屈光度的增加而降低 ;眼轴长度随着屈光度的增加而增加。结论 了解近视人群的特点 。
ObjectiveTo investigat e the relationship between intraocular pressure (IOP) and central corneal thickn ess (CCT),axial length of globe (ALG),coefficient of ocular rigidity (COR) in pr imary open angle glaucoma (POAG) patients with myopia and normal subjects,and ev aluate the diagnostic value of these indicators to POAG.MethodsThe CCT,ALG,C OR and IOP were measured in 210 cases with POAG and 116 normal subjects.The diff erence between the two groups was compared.ResultsIn normal subjects ,the CCT and ALG were positively correlated with the IOP ( r 1=0 351, r 2=0 883).There were significant difference in CCT and ALG between POAG and no rmal subjects.ConclusionRecognizing the clinical characteristics of myopia i s helpful to early diagnosis of POAG with myopia.
