对金龟子幼虫有杀虫活性的苏云金杆菌HBF-1菌株发酵培养基优选 被引量:8

Optimization of Medium for Bacillus thuringiensis HBF-1 with Insecticidal Activity to Scarabaeoidae Larva

摘要 通过正交试验优选出对金龟子幼虫有杀虫活性的苏云金杆菌HBF 1菌株的发酵培养基组合为:氮源B4 4%,淀粉1 2%,酵母粉0.5%,KH2PO40.04%,MgSO40.05%。用此配方进行摇瓶发酵,发酵液的平均菌数可达到44亿/mL,晶体产生量为2 1130mg/mL,发酵液稀释50倍对铜绿丽金龟幼虫进行生测,14d平均死亡率达到78 3%。 Through orthogone experiment, the optimal medium was obtained for Bacillus thuringinesis HBF-1 with insecticidal activity to scarabaeoidae larva. The medium contained 4.4% nitrogen B, 1.2% starch, 0.5% yeast power, 0.04% KH_2PO_4, 0.05%MgSO_4.Fermentation was done with this medium in shaking flask.Results showed that the number of cells was 44×10~8 cfu/ mL, and the produce of crystal was 2.1130 mg/ mL. The mortality of Anomala corpulenta larva treated with 50-fold of HBF-1 fermented liquid was 78.3% on the 14th day of treatment.
