摘要
本文采用正交实验的方法,以苹果果皮总黄酮得率为考察指标,对影响苹果皮总黄酮提取方法的因素进行了探讨,得出了苹果皮总黄酮提取的优化条件,并测定了苹果果皮中总黄酮的含量。结果表明,苹果果皮总黄酮提取的最佳实验条件为:水浴温度为65℃,乙醇浓度为65%,提取时间为2h,固液比为1:20,总黄酮得率为3.66%。
The optimization of extraction method of total flavonoids from apple skin was obtained by using orthogonal test design, and the content of total flavonoids was determined. The result showed that 65℃ of water - bath temperature , 1:20 of ratio of solid to ethanol solution, and two - hour extraction time were the optimal conditions under which total flavonoids in apple skin was 3 .66% .
