棉疫病菌elicitin基因的克隆与序列分析 被引量:2

摘要 棉疫病菌是我国棉花和苎麻疫病的主要病原菌,引起棉花烂铃、死苗,苎麻叶斑和茎腐,严重影响棉花和苎麻的产量和品质[1,2],该菌的主要寄主有棉花、苎麻和构树[3].尽管关于棉疫病菌的生物学、遗传学和病害循环等已进行了许多研究[4],但迄今为止,关于棉疫病菌和植物相互作用的分子机制却了解甚少[5].
