摘要
研究了不同种类、不同粒径的碳酸钙粒子经新型磷酸脂包覆处理后,填充改性PVC复合材料的常温和低温力学性能,并用SEM对复合材料的微观形态结构进行了分析.试验表明:重质caCO3经活化处理填充PVC,其力学性能改善,粒径越小其力学性能越好;纳米活性CaCO3对PVC复合材料有明显增韧作用;随活性CaCO3用量增加,PVC复合材料低温冲击强度变化规律与常温下变化规律相似.
The mechanical properties at normal temperature and low temperature of PVC composite of dif ferent kinds and sizes of CaCO3 which were filled and modified with ADDP were investigated, and the mor phology of composite was analysed by SEM. The experimental results showed that the mechanical properties of PVC were improved when it was filled by activated heavy CaCO3, and the smaller was the size, the better were the mechanical properties of composite. The activated nano-CaCO3 could obviously improve the toughing of PVC composite . The impact strength of PVC composite at low temperature was similar with that at normal temperature.
